Our glass eels are harvested from pristine rivers along the Eastern Coast of Nova Scotia, and are brought to one of our three holding facilities.

We arrange all packaging and shipping (domestic and international) for our customers. Our packaging ensures live eels reach their destination healthy and ready for grow out.

We ship direct using various carriers (Korean Air, Air Canada, CargoJet, etc.) from Halifax to Hong Kong, and can arrange to ship to other locations.

We have aquaculture grow out facilities, and have access to supplies of wild yellow eel available for purchase.
